Shipping &
Return Policies
Shipping Methods
Products delivered within the United States are shipped via FedEx Ground
or U.S.P.S. Priority. If express delivery is needed, please
request in the comment box at check out. You will be charged
additionally, for Express shipping. Most of our products are
shipped out within 3 days. However, some personalized items may take as
long as 14 Days. Please allow extra delivery time for these items.
*** Orders
are not processed the week before Thanksgiving, because our Boutique is closed,
during this time, for inventory and site maintenance.
Any orders received during that time will be processed the Monday
following Thanksgiving.
We can not guarantee
Christmas delivery on any personalized items or any orders placed after
Dec 15, unless you request and pay extra for express delivery in a
notation during checkout. Express orders MUST be placed on or
before December 20. Some personalized items may take as long as 2 weeks
for delivery, and maybe longer during Holidays, so please order in
plenty of time. Lullaby Creations will not be open from December
24-January 1. Orders will not be processed during this time and will
resume on January 2.
Please make sure to read our custom
product descriptions for any further delivery information. We apologize
for any inconveniences.
Terms of Returns
While we very rarely encounter the need for customer returns, we do want
to work with you to resolve any issue you may have. We accept items in
their original and unused condition for refund within 30 days of the
shipment date. Items must be in original packaging with all accessories
and tags intact. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with all tags
attached. If an item has been worn or has been washed, it is not
eligible for a return. Returns that do not meet this criteria will be
sent back to the customer and a refund will not be issued. Returns are
subject to a 15% restocking fee, unless the product is defective.
Lullaby Creations does not pay for the cost of shipping on returns.
Time Frame
Returns must be received 30 days from the date of the order or 15 days
after shipment (based on tracking data) whichever is later. This allows
time for backordered items that we did not have in stock and were
shipped at a later date.
Restocking Fee
Items returned due to refusal of delivery are subject to a 15%
restocking fee. Any shipping charges incurred by Lullaby Creations due
to refusal of delivery will be deducted from your refund.
Payment of Refund
Refunds are made in the form of original payment
Return Shipping Costs
If your return is approved, you will receive the full purchase price of
your merchandise less the shipping costs. Sorry, but shipping costs are
non refundable. Naturally, if an error is made by Lullaby Creations we
will gladly refund your shipping costs as well.
Sorry, but personalized Items are not returnable , unless there is an
error in the personalization caused by Lullaby Creations. Please check
your personalization carefully, before submitting your order.
Items Not Returnable
While most items are returnable with no questions asked, there are some
items that are not returnable under any circumstances.
Hair Accessories including hats, caps, bows and headbands.
Christmas, Easter and Halloween Gifts
Baby Gift Baskets
Blankets and Security Blankies
Personalized Items
Bath products.
Out of Stock items
Lullaby Creations tries to post Out of Stock items as they become
unavailable, however, if an item is out of stock and has not been updated at the
time an order is placed, Lullaby Creations will attempt to notify you by e-mail
of the status of your order. If an attempt to contact you fails, Lullaby
Creations, at its discretion, may elect to substitute an item as closely as
possible, of the same or greater value. If there is nothing to
substitute, you will receive a full refund, in the same manner in which you
made your purchase. This does NOT apply to
Sale items. A substitution will automatically be made on all sales items, unless
you make a notation at check out that you do not wish for a substitution and if
the item is out of stock, you will be promptly refunded, in the same manner in
which you made your purchase.
Substitutions:
We reserve the
right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on
availability.
Disclaimer
Lullaby Creations currently ships within the Continental United States,
utilizing Fed Ex or the United States Postal Services. Shipping time varies,
depending upon shipping schedules. Please provide complete address, including
street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible,
please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and
telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge. Re-delivery charge is an
additional $20.00. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes with Fed Ex all P.O.
Addresses will be shipped via USPS. Claims for in-transit damages must be filed
according to the individual carrier’s rules. Should your gift be damaged while
being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your
claim
Due to factors beyond our control, delays in delivery of a customer's
purchase may occur. In the event of a problem in the delivery process, Lullaby
Creations will make every effort to correct the problem.
However, Lullaby Creations assumes no responsibility or liability for
any damages caused by late, early, and/or untimely deliveries. Although, we will
do everything possible to accommodate your needs, wherever possible.
